Gavin Taylor has been active in capital management and private and public equity since 1991, his nearly 25 years of global investment experience include positions with GT Global Capital Management (now a division of INVESCO) and W.R. Hambrecht & Company while based in San Francisco, European American Securities in London and Lazard Freres Asset Management and Terra Nova Capital in New York. Mr. Taylor has also consulted for Shell Oil UK Plc., Procter and Gamble Inc and the 2nd largest Grain exchange in the world; the Winnipeg Commodity Exchange.
Mr. Taylor’s extensive experience has made him both a trusted source and an expert at evaluating and structuring lower middle market investment opportunities. In the course of his career he has established a large number of relationships with high quality strategic and institutional investors around the world, all of whom focus on acquiring and providing capital to lower middle market companies. He has raised over $500mil for debt and equity offerings and over $200mil in private placements. He has also received his series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses.
Greg Krupczak has over 11 years experience in asset management with a focus on High Net Worth Advisory. His career began at SEI Investments in Oaks, PA, a leading global provider of asset management for institutional wealth management, where for 9 years, Greg held Senior roles focusing on improved investment outcomes for the firms’ clients. His experience also includes work for Auctus Wealth Management, a Philadelphia based independent, full-service investment advisory firm as well as First Investors Corporation, also a well known Philadelphia based Financial advisory firm. Greg obtained his BA degree in English from the University of Scranton, PA.
Zach has over 5 years’ experience as an specialist small company analyst and researcher. Prior to SCP, Zach was with lower middle market Merger & Acquisition specialist BT & Company and with 340 Capital Partners, a Chicago based Private Equity firm. Zach received his BS in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, majoring in Organisational Studies.
